Our context‑rooted health strengthening approach focuses on improving how services are planned, coordinated, and delivered, with particular attention to underserved and resource‑constrained settings where system gaps most directly affect access and quality of care.
Drawing on strong programme design, implementation, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) expertise, we help health systems translate policy and strategy into practical, on‑the‑ground improvements.
